another good week, but it is sufficient to say it is quite an up and down week
as I witnessed his orders dashing into deep red, before reversing back into
profit. It is not an easy success story for everyone, not everyone's cup of tea
really. The mythical path to sustainable trading success remains elusive. So
well done, Raffles, but be very careful from here onwards, November and
December could see two huge range swings. Success breeds greed, greed drives
traders into a kind of invincibility, which ends in bigger failures. That has
always been my story so far anyway, that is when I had trading successes, lol.

I thought that was why
you woke me up earlier in the week.
Well having dithered long
then short then long then short (+£350, -£275, -£750, +£7,456), but I very
nearly froze! But finally went to the dark side at 13:15 today. Good result in
the end.
S&P looks like a
bit more down to 1418 cash, then we bounce and Santa kicks in. That is only if
we go their immediately, otherwise with a bounce we can go lower. BUT on
balance I think we will set off north from around 1412.
But as we all know it is
all in the timing.

It seems that over the weekends, I

Some determination and confidence is
coming back into the fun bet trading. Having seen its height at £1644 in red,
it went under £1000 in red on Friday, only for me to have suffered another
wobble on Friday. It now stands at £1103 in red. The key turning point is that
this 16th series of fun bets will go on for ever, meaning I am no longer gagged
by the constraints of 100 fun bets per series. This has really liberated me in
the fun bet trading, as I feel comfortable with taking a quid profit or loss
here and there, only to hold onto a good winner when things are going
absolutely the right way. Let's see how it goes from here. I will be having a
break from the evening of this coming Thursday for about 10 days.
